I live in a non shippable state. I like the loose cuz I can eat it.. or just take a tiny bit for the lip. I don't actually eat it but I like the taste and it is a good bitter for digestion.

I don't know what the Scandinavian phrase would be, but I got a bit of dip a small prison in my lip. Was going to smoke but just easier. Only problem is trying to make a pris with one hand.

So they make herbal mixes. Like a loose herbal mix of say tobacco, ginseng, licorice root.

I meant to *ask if they made herbal loose tobacco mixes..

For the record, I bought some organic pipe tobacco online.. it smokes good, but surprisingly it dips good too. I just press it together and its much kinder then general. General is like the red bull of snus idk. But this works good just press it like the loose stuff and it is cleaner too. Takes longer to hit but not really. :]

Possible I'm getting more maois off this tobacco when I snus it. Always thought pasteurization would kill off sum good stuff.

I swear there is a lot more to tobacco than nicotine. I mean, take the nicotine content of a stark portion @ 12mg, you would have to use 3 Nicquitin 4mg lozenges to equal it which would make me vommit and feel totally stressed out but a 12mg portion of snus is a different story. Granted the absobrtion ratios will be different but to me straight test tube nicotine doesn't do the same job as tobacco and that's why I feel NRT will never work for me.

Its why I know NRT won't work as I tried it, plus snus tastes better, snuff smells better, and I would rather people like GN have my cash than a drug company who's products don't work for me. I know NRT can work for some, just not me.

My girlrfriend just became an NRT advisor in the chemist she works in, bear in mind she still smokes like a trooper :-), the pharma companies do a really hard sell apparently, and she still has the cheek to try and convince me to pass snus over for NRT, I'm like, would you do the same with your cigs, no :-)

No surprises there really, I told my GP about snus, he tried it and quit smoking too, he did tell me after researching it he would recommend it to people who have tried everything if the ban ever gets lifted

I've been smoking more and also snusing this organic pipe tobacco that I roll into tight prises and put in my lip. Its pretty much the same. I'm a bit torn if I should just pick one. I seem to get overstimulated with snus. Idk.

I went for a walk with a bit of tobacco in my lip. Came back and tried smoking but was sick of inhaling smoke, so went inside and started rolling prises.. and just.. felt this stimulating feeling and it brought me back to how I would sit down and constantly make drinks.. just like what to do what to do.

I'm sure its because I use way too much loose tobacco. But for some reason because of the heightened awareness I feel like I need more. I suppose when I had the portions at one point I was fine using one at a time but after using the loose I guess I figured out how to load up. I think I just never got what I got from smoking with snus.. so I felt I needed more. Amping me up and looking to use more to chill.

I've actually been smoking more. I have digestive issues (nothing big) when I eat wheat mainly. I've noticed since I've started smoking it stops inflammation or something.

I like snus. I just had to go back to smoking because it was just getting crazy. Plus I think smoking calms you down. I think if I ever wanted to stop smoking again id basically have to treat snus like a cup of coffee. Maybe use 2-3 portions a day.

I just get too amped up all day iM it. That's why during the 5 months of mainly snusing and going 4-5 days without smoking I still wanted to smoke mainly for the fun of it. I notice smoking is a good anti-depressant. Its the perfect getaway when the air gets too thick. I've still been using snus to get that pure nicotine but overall I've been smoking more.

The downside of smoking is I believe it weakens your field. Some people say your aura or energy field. That and the taste in the mouth. However I guess that's ok for now.

When I first started using snus within minutes I kinda thought maybe I shouldn't go down that road.

I like it at night alone I can not have to go outside when its cold.

Actually the longer I would go without smoking I guess I felt alright, its just smoking is fun heh
