    Help with strong portions

Hey guys, nice to find this place!

Are strong portions, stonger flavor or just the nic level. e.g. I like General regular portions, but I need something with more nic. Would I like General Strong?

Strong refers to nicotine levels. They won't taste exactly the same as the lower nic versions, but they'll be very close.

Yeah, it's essentially the same flavor with a higher pH so your body can take in more nicotine. Careful though, I'd alternate like 2 cans of regular then a can of sterk/strong. If you use too much strong portion, you'll find yourself needing strong portions all the time.

Strong Snus has higher nicotine content...

I agree with halocog, if you're going to use strong Snus, only use it in moderation.

I like General Mint White Portions (go to portion because locally available and lasts forever), but I didn't care for the strong portions. If I want to use strong, then depending on how I feel, I use any of the following...

Skruf Xtra Strong Portion - My go to strong Snus. Flavoring is fairly original and bland (at least to me) but it always provides a solid nic hit and they last quite a while. Lots of drip though.

If you like General then you're probably more interested in white portions, in which case I would recommend...

Taboca Extra Strong White Portion Snus - Didn't think it would be strong, but really good, solid Snus.

And of course Skruf Strong White Portion.

Experiment with all the flavors until you find one you like.

I've been using General Strong White, and it does have a bit more nicotine. As Halo said though, if you're just getting into snus, I would use them in moderation.

Unless you already have a raging nicotine habit, if you start using strong portions regularly, you won't be able to enjoy regular portions without double-barreling them.

Personally, I already had a tolerance built up from using 24mg ejuice in my ecig, so I need the 11-14mg range that Strong/Stark portions give. I'm currently out of Strong/Stark, and so I've been doubling up on my regular portions instead.

I limit myself to two sterk portions per day but then I recently bought a roll of Oden's Extreme Los. I'm groovin' on one right now, actually.

More nic = more addiction. I'm in the throws of it now...but my head is swimming and it goes great with my coffee.

I don't enjoy the spinning room effect, and I get hot with too much Vitamin N as well. I like just enough to feel it. But that's how I am with alchohol too, maybe it's just preference.

O_O Holy shit! I've always had to watch how much of any tobacco I use, or else I get sick. Even with these new ecigs I've been using for a while.

I chain Jakobbson Strong Classic without problems, it's my main snus. I occasionally mix regulars in but I just love the Strong Classic.

I think I have a can of that on the way...yeah Strong doesn't bother me, but anything more than that and I have to take it out eventually.

Idk. I think the Jakobsson's Classic portions taste better than the strong ones.

I haven't tried the classic non-strong. I would switch if they tasted the same or better.

CoderGuy: I think that the regular strength Classic tastes much better than the Strong Portions. I don't mind the Strong Classic, but the regular just tastes better. Idk, taste is a personal thing, so what I think tastes awesome may be different than what you think does. Anyway, if you have not even tried the regular Classic Portions, I really think you should because I like them so much, I would marry them.

Reg classic tastes more bitter, no sweetness and smells more lemony than the strong. The strong is sweet by comparison, classic reg is a very good snus IMO.
