Thank you, and also thanks for the info I'm still trying to figure out what works best as well as faster/slower etc so good to know.
I'm planning a try on the slightly stronger unflavoured snus since so far the 11-16mg seems to work well for me at fending of the cig' cravings but I feel some flavourings are getting in the way and from the few I've spoken to from OS say it's worth trying 'bare' snus it has a good flavour so I will be getting into that more in the orders to come for sure.

I wish I'd found snus years ago, I'd be smoke free well before now.

well, enjoy your journey! Snus have many benefits for a smoker/ex smoker like yourself. I spent many years trying this and that, at a far better price and availability, and you will just have to find what you like. I suggest you give some old school Grov, general ES, Ettan, and Skruf starks a try.

If you're a fan of mint try thunder cool mint. Might be too sweet for some but I'm a big mint fan and really enjoy. Trying General mint for the first time right now and it's going on the regular order list.
