Hello,

New to snus. So far so good. former cig smoker, tried cigars, pipes and recently went back to pouches . this is a little different . I can get a few General brands locally. Put an order in through Northerner . Should I be worried about not getting my shipment? I've read some horror stories about Northerner .

Northerner is gonna ship your order,some of the horror stories come from a time when there where lots of tax issue changes..
So your good order wise.

I haven't been hearing complaints about Northerner lately. Either people quit complaining(Yea, right!), or they're getting their stuff together. Their CS can be iffy, but you should get your stuff. If something goes wrong and you don't, get on them about it. It can be like pulling teeth, but it should work out fine. All US orders ship from PA AFAIK.

When Northerner works it's fantastic. Every order I've placed with them except the last one went swimmingly. I think the Nordstrommen los my buddy picked up was holding us back. In any case, welcome to the party.
