    best by dates?

I just picked up a can of general original from the store. A place where I think I am the only one buying the stuff cause I have seen pretty much every employee fumbling when figuring out which side of the mini frige is the side you open. Anyways so I believe they just stopped ordering from the distibutor because all they have left now is a couple cans of original. Mint/wintergreen long gone. so to get to the point this can of original is out of date by a little under 3 months. My question is how likely is it that harmful bacteria will be present? Tried one out and it was a bit dry, but flavor really didn't seem to be impacted much. I assume all other cans will have the same date so no reason to go back to the store and try to exchange it.

It's fine. Dates can be disregarded. They're just a rough guideline for the birthday of snus, and have no bearing on safety.

They should be fine. Have them reorder. My best by date was 1974 btw.
