Thought I'd better start off on the right foot. This forum was recommended to me by some friends on ECF. All had very positive things to say about the help I can find here.
I'm very very new to snus. I've been a vapor for over a year and even with using WTA's I wasn't getting the nic craving fixed. I suffer from sever COPD, so I've got to find something to help me off the cigarettes.
Like a lot of people I tried the American camel brands.
They were extremly nasty to say the least. Fast forward a bit and I discovered a local shop that sells General. So far the Nordic mint and White mint portions have been ok.
I can't afford the shipping cost to order online yet. So I'm still searching for a flavor that appeals to me.
And yes I fully understand that flavor is subjective to the individual.
Any suggestions for a new a user would be appreciated very
Much.
I normally Vape at 18-24mg. And also I was over 3 packs a day smoker

Hi, TNT. BuySnus has occasional free shipping, but you have to order 30 cans to get it. Northerner.com's shipping goes down with order size to really reasonable rates, again with a larger order. You may find other brands locally by calling good tobacco specialty shops in your area. Glad that you dropped the cigs, keep it up!

Welcome TNT! sounds like you were a bit heavy into the nic..how does a 9mg snus satisfy you? Try doubling once or twice and see if that increased level is more to your liking......You can reach out to several members here, RickCharles to get stock locally in a store hopefully close by, and then there are "other" means.

You may be a candidate for a Sterk (higher nic), or a 12 mg slightly elevated nic level. Are you going to continue dual, vape and snus , Use?

Hey TNT, so you have tried the regular General and only found the mints tolerable? Everybody starts with mints, and most change to a regular non mint flavor.
