Switching to snus from cigarettes/cigars

Hi all. I've bought my last pack of cigarettes last night and my 4th tin of snus today. I tried Camel Mint first, and hated it. So far I like Camel Mellow (two tins down), and my newest tin is General Mint.

Somebody said here some time back "the snus will win".

If you fall back to cigs don't worry about it...if you just keep using snus the urge to light up will be less and less.

The try out packs and mixes from Buysnus. and snuscentral.com are a good way to try different brands and flavors.

When using regular snus I still smoked for months but was in an environment with lots of smokers. When I kicked up the nicotine I just no longer had the urge - a pack is sitting next to me as I type and I think it is about three years old. I light one every six months or so and then wonder why I did....

Thanks. I used snus all day yesterday, and the urge to light up was mostly to just be done with the pack. So good to already be coughing less
