    Hello from Ohio!

    I'm John. Former smoker, now a snuser. I smoked for 35 years, tried to quit more times than I can count. Well I've been cigarette free since June 30. Feeling better every day. 😎

              Welcome to the forum mate!

              Congrats on the good run of no smoking.

              The best advice I have heard here is to not stress.....let the Snus do its thing.....in the end the Snus wins

              Anyway....welcome to the forum....right now I am watching game 6 and it looks like game 7 is on the way
              When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

                  The only time I stressed about it in the beginning was on the weekends when I drink. Now it's not a big deal.
                  All it takes is the proper snus. My favorites with alcohol are Islay Whiskey Snus and Thunder 10th Anniversary.
