I am happy to be back.
I did not continue with the high fat diet. My wife and I had two kids, which made sticking to any hardcore diet very hard.
My wife gave her leave to start snusing again! I AM OVERJOYED! Not that it's ever been so hard without it, but I miss the flavor occasionally.

Of the items on your list I have tried only the following products. I bought a roll each of the Göteborgs and Ettan and liked them very much. I didn't care for the Tre Ankare, but fortunately bought only 2 cans. I found the Lingon to have a very sweet initial taste that soon gave a mellow tobacco flavor.
