Oh man, that sucks! I really hope it moves out of there soon!!!!

I know Kentucky is a major hub for most of the international shipments they do. I have seen longer delays when my items pass through Kentucky as well, Although I have never received information relating to my goods being in a warehouse.

Thanks! This is the first time I've ordered snus. My UPS tracking looks like alexsix100's in the Help with ups! thread in Snus Talk. So far they've had my package a day longer. I tried to post a link but I need more posts unless there's another way I can post it. I hope it comes soon, I'm anxious to try the new flavors.

New members need to post a certain number of posts before you can access certain areas of snuson.com.

As far as tracking goes I don't even bother looking until my package is a few days late. Your snus can seem like its going around the world before it gets to you, but it will get to you.....unless you are in Canada and they hold it for ransom/taxes.

Unfortunately I wasn't as lucky. My order from snus24 shipped 7/17. Scheduled delivery was for 7/19. Been sitting in a warehouse in Louisville since 7/18. Latest scan was this morning 7/24 still sitting at the warehouse.

That's a long time to be still sitting in the same place. If it were me I would contact snus24 to make sure they are set up properly with UPS and to make sure snus24 is actually PAYING the clearing charges. Let us know how it works out. UPS will be charging you storage if they don't get that package out of that warehouse soon.

Thank you everyone! I called UPS and after another call they said they needed name of manufacturer. got an email from them they said ready to go. Sure enough todays scan states: Your package is being processed for submission to the FDA or Department of Agriculture. / Brokerage released the package. It will be processed through a clearing agency before final release to UPS.

So it looks like I'll end up getting it within a day or two.
