It all depends how high your tolerance to nicotine is. If you're a new snuser even one portion might make you dizzy and light headed.

If you use way too much snus like me then one portion an hour, every hour won't cause you any distress.

I've got a Siberia Brown 43mg in now and I honestly don't feel anything unusual.
