    Hello Everyone

I've been lurking here for the last couple weeks, just started Snusing at that time. Been a smoker for many years (decades actually) and am having some success cutting down a lot with the Snus. Since I began with the Snus I've only been smoking a few cigs a day. I could probably give them up completely but my wife smokes and it's hard when they are so readily available. Very satisfied with that though.

I've tried many different brands so far -

My favorites so far seem to be Claq Qui and N&J Strong. Awaiting my first shipment of Los. Hoping I will like it - got Ettan, Grov, and Skruf Stark

        Welcome to Snuson StuKlu

If you have been lurking, I am sure you have seen my advice about not stressing the quitting thing, just use what you want, the snus always wins.

But having said that, I have to tell you that living with a smoker does change things. I was happily smoking once every month or two when twice a couple years ago, I had women stay with me briefly who smoked. In both cases, suddenly i jumped up to 7 cigarettes a day. Just no choice, if someone is always smoking around me, i am gonna smoke. Could do snus for 10 years and that won't change.

I am so grateful my girlfriend now uses snus. She also does snuff and smokes a pipe too so I am completely covered. Hard issue I know, but if any way your wife could start using snus, would make your life so much easier.

if not, cool, but probably should accept you will always be that occasional, a few times a day smoker. But at least snus has cut it way so much down!!

And welcome again, hope you stick around.

Thanks Sage, appreciate the advise. Doubtful that my wife will snus. Hopefully she will find a way to quit, if not I'll be happy to smoke much less than I used to. Still feeling my way around the snus, don't necessarily love it yet but trying.

Probably took me at least several months to begin to say I loved it. First few months, I knew it was better, amazed at what it did with me. But didn't always like it in my mouth.

But that changed. And soon, I came to never again wanting it out of my mouth.
