Hello snus fans!

Just started using snus to quit the smoking habit about 3 weeks ago. Sadly, the only snus I have bought thus far is the Camel's mellow and frost (all that is available).

Good news for me is I called a tobbaco shop downtown and they do have General in stock. They told me to come on in and they'll give me samples. I never had "real" snus and very much looking forward to it.

I been lurking on this forum for a few days and I have to admit, you all are the best!

OK standard advice for folks in your situation. WAIT..... Wait to judge the snus. Will taste really strange to you at first, ALL you will probably taste is the salt. Takes about 2 weeks to fully acclimate your body to the salt, so be patient. Wait to see what you really think of it after two weeks.

And you do know it can be ordered online??? Clubsnus, you will have it in 2 days. Getsnus, 2 -4 days, Northerner warehouse, about 3 -4 days for most it seems.

sagedil, Yes- I know about the online ordering. I been looking at getsnus.com, the samples of skruf for $12.00 sure looks good. I just have to get my wife to approve of it. ops:

Not as well as Ettan or Grov ;^)

Many people like General, and other citrus snus with coffee, but I prefer the smoky, plainer snuses. It'll be a great adventure for you to try them out yourself.
