Don't listen to all that tripe about flavoured snus becoming "blah"!
For me it was the tobacco flavoured snusses that became "blah".
All the tobacco flavoured snuses are - yep, you guessed it ...... flavoured anyway.

If you like it and it's giving you the nicotine to quit the sticks - BUY BUY BUY.

I only use Thunder Frosted and I can't see it changing. Good luck - you won't need it. It'll happen and the sticks will be gone in no time on Thunder.

P.S. for pure enjoyment get some snuff. I personally don't think you can quit with this stuff but its sheer enjoyment value is perfect to help you quit along with snus.

Fair enough.....for some. But people are stating what seems to happen with at least 80% of new users, they come to prefer non flavored snus. Just the averages over man years here.

But does that make it a guarantee that will happen?? LOL, of course not. We alll know snus by now and truly how unpredictable, how different one person may react to a particular snus compared to others.

Heck, we all gave cj heck for is love of what may be the most detested snus ever on Snuson. But to him, it really was delicious.

Still, despite cj loving Level, along with a few others, one could safely make a prediction to a new person that they *probably* would hate it. Just as one could very safely warn a new user not to overstock on something like Thunder Frosted as there is a good chance he won't like it near the same in a few months. For most, that seems to be the pattern.

But you ere right too. He really could be that one out of ho many ho doesn't. I mean, look at PP and his Vanilla Coffee snus addiction. Tastes not changing does happen. Rare, so yes, I think it is probable they will change, but I think a more accurate way of saying that to someone is to phrase it so you say they may change, even probably ill change. But not just tell someone there tastes ill change. We really don't know that.

So actually, I thought your post Frosted was a really good reminder of that.

Don't listen to this even a little bit. Sure, try everything out there. I would always recommend that. But if you like the mints, they may never get old. I have been using Theunder Frost ES since day 1, and its still my favorite. So much so that I ordered the Thunder Frost Longs, because of the little bit of less nicotene, and now they are the only brand I use.

Everyone is different when it comes to snus, so when one person tells you this or that is going to happen, it means absolutely nothing, because that may not pertain to you.

Try all the snus. Your tastes tend to change over time, and you may like/dislike different snus as time goes on. But if mint is your thing, no worries about it getting old. Thunder Frost remains the king in my book and I am not getting sick of it even a little bit.
true, but unless day 1 was a few months before you started posting here id say your tastes are still subject to change.
Sir, you are absolutely correct. I was referring to the line that I quoted that said in a definitive way that the mints will become blah. Thats just not true for everyone. The more I snus, the more I am drawn to the mints. I use to rave about the Grov black, THe Onyx, and Ettan. Now I do not use them any more. Because yes, my tastes have changed. But back then I also loved the mints, and today I love them more.

So saying that the mints may become blah is accurate for some, and not for others. But telling a new user that they WILL become blah is untrue, so I had to comment.

And as my conversation with Frosted above went, I agree with you. Saying tastes WILL change is too much. On the other hand, I think you guys failed to focus on the part of the sentence everyone should agree with...

Don't stock up on anything too much when you are mew cause the CHANCES of tastes changing significantly is just too great.

So yes, I won't toll someone that there tastes will absolutely change, but I can still tell them that buying 10 rolls of a snus your first month or 2 (or 10) IS just asking for trouble. Statistically speaking, at least, chances are way on the side that their tastes will change long before they get through 10 rolls.

So even without making the claim something WILL happen, that first sentence above was still correct.

Yep, the stock up too much recomendation is spot on. I should have omitted that from my quote. I suggest trying as many kinds as you can afford as a new user, but yes, do not stock up. I bought a roll of Claq QUi early on because everyone raved about it and it was being discontinued. I do not like it, and now it sits in my freezer (although I have a future pending deal for it). So yea, until you know what you like or dislike, don't buy rolls.

True - I used to love Nick & Johnny but one day it just turned on me and I can't face it all of a sudden. I've got a whole roll left.
I've been snussing for about a year and a half too. It's still in my freezer as an emergency supply.

                      First order bliss

I just received my first order from The Northerner and feel high as a kite looking at my Top 10 sampler. It was really hard choosing which one to try first but after many coin flips and blind grabbing I came out with Roda Lacket. So far, in the first 15 minutes of use, I find the Roda Lacket to be pleasant. I have only had General to dig on until now so I don't have much of a contrast between brands. I CANT WAIT TO HAVE CONTRAST! LMAO
4 days---no cigarettes, although I still think they smell divine, for now.

I have been using snus for 3+ years and still love cigarettes. Now can just have one every few months and it is just that, had one today and it was so delicious.

I am glad you are liking the Top 10 box. I have been recommending that to new folks as the one to get for several years now.
