So, I had an urge to quit like 5 months ago, and did. I was surprised to find how easy it was(I was never a smoker, I was a dipper then snuser). Not only that, but the way that nicotine helped me concentrate, stayed with me. There's evidence that that actually does happen.
I've felt a bit healthier since, like my body is alot more calm and steady. but I like to keep my options open.
I've used some dip recently, which of course just reminded me of my old friend snus
. Do you think I should just avoid the addiction beast, since I'm in the clear, or make a comeback? I don't know if there's a reason my nicotine affinity came back, or if nicotine craving can just lay in wait for long periods...
