kept the gotlands in for 90 min. now after supper I'm 20 min into an onyx it's going well this time and starting to be less noticable for me... and have not smoked since the first portion I tried without hardly giving it a thought.onyx is a whole different nic hit compared to the gotlands but liked the gotland grey taste more so far.............

I'm glad you're discovering this helpful community, Skidoo. There is a lot of great advice given here, and we all wish you the best of luck.
As has been said many times, don't stress quitting smoking, it'll happen. When it happens, it happens.
Also, I will make another note: I had gone to a concert this weekend with some old friends who are still smokers. I found that it was very nice not craving a smoke while there, but I also found it nice that I could say "hey, lemme have one of those" and smoke a couple over the course of the night... but when I was back in my car, I wasn't craving a single cigarette... was completely satisfied with my can of Frosted Minis (that sounds like a cereal... doesn't it?). So yeah, there will come a time, probably pretty soon, where smoking won't be chaining you to the ground like it used to. You'll love it!Comment
