Customs is only involved when crossing borders, so if an order is shipped from a US warehouse to a US address, then it isn't an issue at all.

My only UPS order got a brokerage fee. For a 75 dollar order (including shipping) the fee was 8 dollars and some cents. So it was a 50 some odd dollar order with a 20 buck UPS. Stupid I know, trying it out. So if it compares price to anything or weight or whatever. 50 bucks of products may throw a 8ish dollar brokerage if you get one? I dunno.

The point: UPS cannot charge you that fee. I hope you threw it in the trash.
          Sadly, I paid it.

My credit is crap as is and don't need to show owing any more money, real or imaginary, to anyone.

L, how was it assessed? Did you have to pay it before they would give you the shipment or was a bill sent to you after the fact?
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers
