Placed My Second Order

I just placed my second order of snus. I ordered a 20
can assortment of the three strengths of General and
Skruf portion. That ought to hold me a couple of months.

I have had a more difficult day today as it's been 13 days
without a cig. Will I eventually even out?

I was not smoking regularly when I got into snus. I'd since quit smoking regularly, to only occasionally. So, it should even out I believe. Since I started snus though, in times where I'd usually smoke, I have not. But my rare smoke, probably wasn't anything to be conerned of anyway.

Joe, sounds like a good order. Well done on hitting that 2 week mark, that is a pretty big milestoen. As for the leveling out, eventually yeah you should.

I have been using snus for just over a year now. I quit cigs with the E-Cig then migrated to snus. Apart from a trip back to England in September last year i rarely smoke anymore. I do still "think" i want a cig and then i think about the smell (something i have really started noticing when i am around other smokers) and i forget about it. Once every two weeks i go to town to drop my paycheck in the bank, sometimes i'll stop at the tobacco outlet, check to see if they have any swedish snus yet, buy myself a single $1.50 cigar and smoke that on the way home. That does me just fine.

Don't beat yourself up if you have a cig though. It ain't the end of the world. You've been 13 days now without one so you know it can be done. I'm not saying go out and buy a pack, but if you have a friend you can bum one from why not. I probably would but i there are no smokers where i work, no-one else at home smokes and most times when we are out it is at a high school thing so i'm just not around them too much.
