my fav so far is the General White portion but damn it just kills my gums for the first 20 minutes. can't wait till i get the "gums of steel" i hear so much about on here. and thanks for the welcomes

If you find the white portions hard on your gums you might want to try regular portions. In my experience they are easier on your gums.

The General is right, white portion snus does tend to be a bit rough on the gums in the beginning but also is lighter in flavor than the regular portions. IMHO, Thunder Frosted is a favorite of mine and they make a mini portion that's a little less intensely flavored...........not much but slightly less. I use the mini's while I'm at work and seem to be just right in size and flavor plus, the nic hit is the same as it's big brother. Hope this helps.

You should try general mint, by far my favorite mint snus. Thunder frosted as others mentioned is really great and comes in a variety of sizes, plus the higher nicotine content will help you stay off the cigs for sure. Good luck & welcome to the forum!

going very well. already down to where i wanted to almost. my morning coffee smoke and somedays i'll have one with my afternoon coffee. General regular portion has been snused constantly lately. almost out of the can i got

Here before long that morning cigarette is going to start tasting terrible to you and thats when you'll realize you are a non cigarette smoker.At least that's how it went down for me.I still enjoy a good Avo or Rocky Patel.Congrats on everything going so well.
