Are you using any Extra Starks? Toss in a Skruf
Xtra Stark or an Oden's ES until you get a bit
nauseous or a good buzz. Then ask yourself if you want
a cig.

I was smoking a pack of Winston Red daily and in the old days I'm sure
I chained up to 3 packs.

I quit twice in my life. Once for 3 1/2 years in the late 90's using the patch.
I started again with drinking. I no longer drink, I think.

When I started the Swedish Snus I was not committing to quitting cigs
as fast as I did. I started with 6 cans of General Regular Portion, 2 cans
of Skruf Stark Portion and 2 cans of Skruf Xtra Stark Portion. I went from
20 cigs to 4 cigs on day one. 3 cigs on day two, 2 cigs on day 3 and no
cigs from there on out.

Besides, Grov (as well as many other snus) tastes better than any cigarette in the world, IMHO.

I haven't tried Extra Stark yet, but I plan on getting it in my second order.

I haven't even wanted a cig most of the time, it's just that there's a couple that I'm a little slower about giving up......first thing in the morning, blah, blah.

The snus is so much more enjoyable, because I can throw one in and sit and watch TV or just sit inside in the air conditioning, and I don't have to go outside in the heat.

congrats Joe. I'm an idiot! oh wait i must apologize to myself now. Frak! Anyway good job man, I have a couple sticks a week still, but only cuz I actually enjoy one now and again and of course their OP's.(other peoples) Ive been able to get away with this for like 2 yrs now so I'm not even worried about the smokes anymore and for damn sure I aint gonna pay for 'em ever again. once again keep up the good work!
