Quick PACT question

States were crying for the lost tax revenue. Convenience stores were crying because they couldn't compete with the internet. And the Feds weren't getting any tax revenue off those $15 cartons of cigarettes from the Ukraine.
It's not Republican or Democrat, it's about the $$$$$

So ironically the Dems seem to be the most active in bringing this on & Obama did sign it, I reckon hearing Bush was to veto.... ?
