Snus arrived today!!

Well let me get the order list,,,,,,,,, Here it goes: I ordered 2 ice fruit and got 4, 2 Skruf cranberry, 2 Gotland Green, 1 Skruf Stark, 2 Skruf Xtra strong, 1 Probe whiskey, 1 Odens Kanel, 2 Goat Rapes, 1 Jakobssons Classic and got 4. Guess they threw in a few extras or couldn't count?

Northerner had a buy 2 get 2 on the ice fruit. Seems like you did better all the way around. My first order, not so lucky, out of stock on one item. Now, have to wait til next order to get it according to them. What is this probe whiskey? i've never seen it, sounds awesome. Does anyone know if Getsnus is the same as Northerner? My login and info shows up on both sites..hmmm.

Yup Northerner and Getsnus are the same outfit now. Getsnus was until not long ago independently owned and operated by the big cheese in the snus biz, Swedish Match, who makes General, Ettan, Grov, the Catch series, and more.

Have not tried the probe yet but it smells good. Got a ice fruit packed now and it is reasonable..... I think getsnus is part of northerner from what I saw and read. Shipment came from PA outside of Allentown.....

Indeed Getsnus and Northerner are, just recently, one and the same. The probe is good, though not a favorite for most. Don't expect to really taste whisky in it. It is more of a caramel sweet whisky essence.

It smells better than it tastes, trust me.

Probe los is one of my current top 5 favorites. it has a sweet-ish taste to it and does remind me of some sort of hard liquor (i dont drink) and the taste lasts a long time

Probe Whiskey is awesome, if you like the taste of tobacco and whiskey. And, really, who doesn't?

Thanks everyone for the kind words of welcome and support, it is greatly appreciated. Am on my second portion now, of General i believe. That rose/ bergamot flavor ain't bad, but, it's going to take some getting used to. Going to try the wintergreen next, i love that flavor in lifesavers. So here's hoping that one is a keeper. Have a feeling my next order will have to step up the nic quantity a bit though, pack and half a day cig habit and all. Please feel free to recommend your faves. Prefer the comfy bags that don't juice me up and force chronic spitting. Do not want to be carrying a cup or bottle around. Besides, that just gives the old lady another thing about me to bitch about. As if she don't have enough reasons! Going out to hit the weed garden with some round up now, that might make her happy..(doubt it, though.)

Swallowing the juice will not hurt you (this is not dip). However when I first tried a portion I got an overload of juice and it gave me the hiccups (not niccups but real hiccups).

Anyway, keep a little bottled water with you when you first put in a portion and if you feel the juice building wash it down with a swig of water. It keeps you from spitting and it really helps with the overdose of juice. The portion will settle down in about 3-5 minutes and you will be just fine.

Also, you will need to learn the ol dippers trick of drinking but redirecting the liquid away from the tobacco in your mouth (a wet portion will only juice more- oh surprise- and then go flat pretty quick).

Also remember the further back you place the portion in the mouth, the more juice. The closer you keep it to the front, the less juice.

+1 couldn't agree more. Also gives you that ass-like taste in your mouth you have when you wake up hung over as hell ater a long night of drinking.
