    I made a mistake with my northener order

    Just my luck, I spent a while choosing the best snus and diff varities for my 2nd snus order, placed 1st order with buysnus, and I forgot to put in my apartment #!!! I could just Kick myself. Right after I ordered I sent them an email through the contact us with the correct info, they didn't get back to me now my order is shipped. I got it sent through ups ground. Should I worry? I wrote them another email. My apt complex staff are alright but still don't want the ups driver to send back.

    I think you can contact the UPS, and let them know. If not, just keep a look out for them.

      I'll try to contact them once I get a tracking number hopefully I'll get one. Most likely I'll be at work when te truck comes in. I feel like an idiot. Thanks fellow snus enthusiast!

          I'd like to make a general statement. I apologize to everyone who have started threads, sent PMs and making posts asking for our input but the fact of the matter is that we are just totally swamped right now and none of us have had much time to spend hanging out at our fav snus community. So, basically, that's my answer to most questions here on SnusOn is - we're busier than we've ever been. With the extra turnover the GetSnus deal brought us, together with making all the final preparations for Pact, we are falling behind on both shipping and customer service. Right now, looks like we're about 1 day behind but we hope to have this resolved early next week.

            Thanks snusgetter, that's the reason I made the order so it got in before pact. Hopefully I'll get an email with a tracking number so I can contact UPS

              I contacted ups they told me only the shipper can modify the address. Hopefully northener can get to them before it gets here.
