Personally, I find Snus to be much less addictive than smoking. When I smoked, I would always be thinking about when I could have my next cigarette. With Snus, I can use it any time I wish, so I find I use less Snus because of this. I also Snus much more when I'm at work than when I'm home relaxing. (6 portions/day while working, 3 when at home).

Dont get addicted. When i first started smoking in army i was like hell i dont get addicted just passing time. And i didnt for a year but after that it just happened. And now 3 years later its first time i've been smoke free, 3 weeks now.
And right now i'm actually afraid thinking about quitting and go through the withdrawal.
Otherhand my gf just drops it like a bad habbit for months and then smokes some and then quits like no other. So its different but seems like girls can do it more easily.
And i dont think quitting snus is that easy. I think quitting snus is harder than analogs because analogs have such a bad reputation but snus has only minor bad side effects. Also thus far youll be able to quit for a week or couple of days because u know that u will snus again. BUt to know that u'll be never able to put that pouch into ur mouth is from other breed.Like junkies tell you that, i can drop meth like a bad habbit but i never want to. But what do i know carry on =)
