      Congrats.

I'm currently on day 3 with zero cigs.

I decided to go ahead and drop the "in the morning" smoke and just throw in a portion while I'm getting ready for work.

                Congrats Joe!!!
and myuserid, the morning smoke was the hardest to give up in my opinion. If you can give that one up then cigarettes are a thing of the past.

Yeah, I held onto that one for as long as I could, but finally decided it wasn't worth it. Especially when I can just throw in a portion and keep getting ready for work.

I didn't even really plan on quitting smoking when I found out about snus, it just kind of happened.

                    That is better.

Just give it time, and eventually, the snus will take over for you.

When I started snus'ing about a month ago, I went from a pack and a half a day to 2-4 cigs.

It's not even something you really have to try and do, you'll just realize one day, "I haven't had a smoke today". Then you'll want to just stick to the snus. Good luck.

That's what happened to me. Pretty miraculous!

I was on 5 a day for about a month until my wife finally quit smoking, now maybe a cigarette once a month just to see how bad it is. Also, adding snuff to the equation really made it easy

I agree! That one was the best, followed closely by the after dinner smoke. The last smoke I ever smoked was a morning smoke.

My last one was an after supper one. For me, that and of course that morning one were the worst But now I've passed the 1 year mark last month and still haven't touched one.
