My wife still smokes, and I end up smoking about 5 cigarettes a day. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Once or Twice, I bought a pack of cigs. Reason being, I was still asleep when she left for work (we work different shifts, unfortunately). This has been going on for the 2 months or so I've been snusing. I just tell myself that 5 cigs a day are much better 25 to 35 a day! I think sooner or later I'll be able to kick it.
The other posters are right, it all does start with the morning smoke.
