Happened to quit but now want back

After 3 years of smoking and never going day with out, friend of mine had thunder frosted one day and i tried and liked it.
So bought 4 cans from his friend and never wanted a smoke. Went 1st time without smoke these days and thought if i went thus far i shouldnt start again. So i ordered couple of rolls. First 2 was easy breezy but now the 3rd week has been hell.

I've read that 3rd is supposed to be the hardest but i think that was for cold turky. So what am i supposed to do ? How long it took for you guys to drop the analogs and never crave it after ? I dont need it but it feels like my soul is craving it so bad or something =)

    Any tips and advice ?

Just pop a extra sterk whenever you get a craving.

Switch portions and go do something to keep your mind off it.

Maybe chain-snus for a couple days.

It takes a while to adjust, but a cig here and there won't really matter. Like Sage always said "snus always wins".

I was going to quote Sage myself, but Mr S already did it. But it is true...even if you have 1 or 2 it's not going to be the end of the world. Snus is the easiest way to quit smoking so just let it do the work for you And definitely keep those Thunder Frosteds around, they'll kick any craving to the curb

Yeah just have a smoke man, and don't feel guilty about it. You may not even enjoy it when your done with it. You may just need a lil reinforcement of why you wanted to quit in the first place....

Odds are if you do have a cigarette you will remember why you quite to start with.Try not to stress out over it,if you are wigging out have a smoke.

The smoke will likely be a bastardized version of what you remember, leaving your lungs feeling like a giant bag of death along with your taste buds. at least that's how it went for me. so in that sense, smoking is a good thing. it reaffirms why you quit in the first place.

The other 50 times I quit in my life the moment I had a cigarette it was all over. Until Snus, never a danger of going back to smokes. I'll have maybe one every couple of weeks just for the hell of it because I'm hanging out with smoking friends and that's it. No desire to go out and buy a carton, smoke alone, or anything close to worrying about reverting to smoking. If you feel like having a smoke, have a smoke - you'll probably find it quite nasty.
