Cant say because I haven't had the Offroad yet but I have noticed a difference in the Odens. The first can I got the portions where real plump and flavorful the second can's portions where not as full or flavorful. I think Gajane is just a marketing and distribution company they may very well out source the manufacturing of Odens and it could be V2 that does that. Not sure be interesting to find out though Snuscentral has articles on both companies.

I haven't had the portions from either company, but I'd bet they're damned close if not identical. V2 makes both of the products, so the core snus will be the same. The question is whether the recipe was tweaked for Gajane or not; I doubt it was. Offroad licorice lös is a favorite mine. Very tasty.

I have both. I will save a portion from the Oden's and compare it
to Offroad when I open it. I will dissect. I think Oden's is 8-10 bucks
        higher in cost.

When it comes to anise flavors, I don't enjoy the Oden's or Offroad variety. I find them too strong (flavor, aroma). I do enjoy the Gotland's Grey, which I think has the most pleasant anise flavor of them all. You should check it out - it's a great snus.

I liked LD Black more than Gotts Grey.

I was going to mention it, but since the US folks can't get it I left it out. :P

I have one roll left! ugh.

Not to big on the anise flavors, but if I had to choose one, it would be LD Black. Gotta be the softest portion ever!

What's interesting about LD Black is that most black portions are simply white portions in a different colored bag. LD Black is the only original portion snus in a black bag. It's very unique. And I agree, those portions are so soft it's insane. I put one in after talking about it, it made me want another one.

Here's a pic I took of Offroad and Oden's Licorice.

Offroad is on the left and Oden's on the right.

The Offroad lightened up some a few days after I took this
once it dried out. Th Offraod does seem to have more
of a licorice syrup to it. The Oden's seems like a better bag
and possibly better tobacco. I'll have to try more of the Oden's.

Should I reduce the size of this? You'll have to scroll right to see both piles.
I thought you may want the closeup high res.
