Hey there, I was just wondering what ya guys think about this. I started to use snus about 3 days ago. I was an occasional cigar smoker and an ocassional dipper. Now, I tell ya what, I am loving this snus. So, i wanted to try something out. I am pretty big when it comes to moderation, and the last 3 days, i have snused every night. I have only did 2 pouches a day, and at the same time. Everytime I have snused, i have gotten a real nice relaxed buzz, its perfect and exactly what I am looking for. I don't really like dip buzzes anymore, but this snus stuff, man i love it. Ive been doing Camel Frost and cant get enough ha. Anyways, what i wanted to know is, if i only do 2 pouches a day, will i always get this relaxed feeling? Cause thats the only thing I am looking for. And so far, i have gotten that perfect feeling, and i dont abuse anything so, i was just wondering is 2 pouches a day is like the perfect amount to do everyday so i always get that feeling. Help would be appreciated, thanks!

No, you will eventually build a tolerance to nicotine, just like any other drug.... If 2 beers gets you buzzed, eventually it won't anymore.. I highly suggest you stick to your occasional cigar and once in a while dip. Nicotine addiction is an ADDICTION, that you will center your life around.

If all you are doing is about two portions per day it will take a good while to develop much of a nicotine tolerance. The fewer portions you do the more you're likely to feel the buzz each time. Start ramping that frequency up and you may start to feel the lack of nicotine between portions but somewhat less of that comforting "buzz". Casting about for methods to maintain that buzz level does not sound like a worthwhile goal. Snus should serve as a replacement for smoking not a recreational pursuit in its own right.Comment

I only use 2-3 servings of snus a day and never get a "buzz". Of course this is after a long time affair with tobacco. But I can go a day without then pop a thunder frosted or GESP and not get a buzz, I would have to agree with Darwin, and say don't use it if you don't "need" it. I am in the process of weaning myself off tobacco all together. May take awhile longer, but considering I left a pack a day habit with some dip thrown in here and there, I'll take a couple servings a day and be happy.....Comment
