Just recieved my first order!

I am new to the Snus world and just recieved my first order. After 15+ years of smoking and dipping I am sick off coughing and spitting all the time. I tried out the Camel Snus and was not thrilled with the nic hit so I did a little research and ordered some snus online. Today I recieved a box via UPS which contained Grovs White Portion, Grovs Portion, Göteborgs Rapé White, General Portion, General Mint white portion and General Wintergreen.

As I am typing I am enjoying the Grovs White and I look forward to trying the rest. I do have a stupid newbie question. What is the little compartment on top of the can for?

Welcome verk! Nice starter selection. Grovsnus White is one of my favorites right now. Keep in mind if you try one of the varieties and don't like it, just stick it in the freezer and try it again in a few weeks. Snus tastes seem to change frequently, so what might not be exiting today me become your favorite snus in a month or two (I know from experience).

Welcome! You've got a nice variety there. Being a smoker, you might want to try some stronger snus if you're not getting enough nicotine to keep you off the smokes (sterks/extra sterks). So, don't get discouraged if it seems like they're not doing the trick. Just try something else.

I've been snussing for 9 months now, and completely smoke free for 5 months. It takes a little time to transition, for some more than others.

I'm just today trying Grov white for the first time too. Though, I've had many Grov OP and loose. Grov is one of my favorites.

I would second the thought about Being a smoker, and trying some stronger snus like sterks or extra sterks to curb those cravings if you need to, You may not need to as everyone is different, But I did, I'm almost 2 months into snus and have cut down to maybe 3 to 5 smokes a day and I was a chain smoker for 38yrs...

I will order some stronger on my next round, not quite enough kick but still very good. So far the Grovs white is my favorite with the Göteborgs Rapé White coming in a close second.
