    Lundgrens Norrland Stark

This is a good snus. It is a perforated white portion and I really like them. Some people say they bother their gums, but I’m a folder and a squisher when it comes to full size portions so
It fits my snus pocket well. It’s not crammed in there, and it is a nice full portion that comes in under a gram. (I actually looked it up because I thought it was bigger than a gram.)

It is a strong snus, and I like a strong snus in the morning when I first get up as well as when I am winding down for bed. The bookends of the day if you will. One portion of this, although rated at 13mg per portion, is not overwhelming. For comparison, Skruf Stark Los comes in at 10mg/g and it will kick my ass if I put a whole gram in. I like the slow release of this snus and the flavor is pretty good.

In my experience, stark snus usually has a strong flavor, spicy and bold like an icy wind. This snus flavor is like leaning against a mountain. It’s steady and reliable, but doesn’t smack you in the face. Subtle pine and floral/herbaceous up front, hints (tiny hints) of berry sneak out. It has a deep rich tobacco flavor, but it is well blended. There is also a spiciness that I associate with stark snus, but as with the rest of the blend it is subtle. I plan to try the regular strength next order, but I’m glad I got a couple of tins to enjoy.

There is something special in these Lundgrens blends, because they are so well blended the sum becomes more than the individual flavors. Well done and again, compliments to the chef.

Now make it in a coarse cut los. Please?
