Smells like bananas. Tastes like bananas for the first few minutes. Then, subtle sour notes, a faint cranberry. Not bad if you like fruity snus.

The first few ones were really good, for some reason the first one i tried seemed really potent, like a stark (i snus skruf original regurarly), but the more you take, the more you get sick of the flavor. still i will get another can in a few months

I tried this a year ago and hated it but tastes change over time and I decided to re-visit. First thing I noticed was the smell, a deep berry, floral scent, that's a good sign, I love the scent! Put a portion in and the first taste reminded me of model - plastic glue! Finally that weird taste passed. By the time I could taste cranberry, the portion took on a bitter profile quickly followed by barely any flavor. For the short burst of flavor and beautiful can, sorry, it's feminine in my opinion, I will definitely buy this again! Won't be an all day snus but an occasional treat.

I must say that I continue to be amazed by the drastic differences in people's tastes.
I have used this snus for a long time and have never smelled or tasted anything resembling bananas. Nor have I ever detected anything like model airplane glue.
I love this snus and use at least one portion a day. The base is wholly Skruf and underneath it tastes like a Skruf original portion. Skruf is a bit bitter, period, and does tend to get more bitter near the end. I like bitter. The cranberry to me tastes more like lingonberry and adds a spicy, fruity top-note to the Skruf base. This is predominant in the first ten to fifteen minutes and then becomes more subtle with a hint of cranberry sourness. The cranberry flavoring is not noticeably sweet, except for a bit of sweetness from the rose oil. I also thing the rose oil in the Skruf melds with the cranberry in a beautiful way that is difficult to describe.
I can leave this one in for an hour and half, but some might take it out earlier if they don't like any bitterness in their snus. I would rate the bag as good, but not the most comfortable portion around. I tend to like my snus wet and usually spray a can a few times when I open it to get the moisture level to where I like it. It has a good nic kick, like all Skruf products, which sometimes feels more like an 11 mg. sterk to me.
I love this stuff, it is one of my long-time favorites and I highly recommend that you try it. Just think of it as Skruf with a complementary cranberry top-note that raises the flavor of the rose oil to the level of the sublime.
But, hey, I can't guarantee you won't taste bananas, or whatever. Not that I'm slamming anyone here, taste buds just seem to be a very individual and strange thing.

I recently got a few cans in my latest order, and I hadn't tried this since I got my first order a few years ago. It smells like Skruf with a slight berry scent. The cranberry taste is not overpowering, and seems like just the right amount of flavor without tasting overly sweet or unnatural. After a while the taste gets a little bitter, and more of the tobacco shines through. Very enjoyable to me.
