Gringo Loose

It's a new company, and from my talks with them they want to focus on loose for now and grow a small product line - which they made a point of mentioning is different from what other snus companies are doing. So I think Gringo is all we will see from Gringo, and the term "if/when" was used when talking about releasing portions in the future.

It's pretty good stuff. Reminds me a lot of Pioneer.

OK now I am excited! Pioneer is a really nice everyday snus. I don't think I will ever get tired of it. The only bad things about Pioneer are the cans and the texture. The cans have this ring on the bottom that hold at least a prilla of snus that you need to scrape out. The lid also falls off quite easily in the worst places such as the door pocket of your car. The texture is soft but tends to get messy after about an hour or so. Not a good snus to use at work.

Naaaah, the wife frowns on me bringing more Snatch into the house. However, we are getting a new shipment of Snussy after the holidays ;-)

Gringo must have a connotation on the other side of the pond that it doesn't have on this continent. It would have to. Here it may not have the ugly pejorative ring of sp*c but south of the border it sure as hell isn't a compliment.
