Oden's Extreme Los

it smells and taste like bitter weed to me. i use stong loose all day long but ive never been able to finish a whole can of Oden's Extreme Loose.

Not a fan of this at all. Slimy and tastes too much like Thunder extra strong los - cheap and chemically.

I love the taste but the prilla dissolves to easily. General Extra Strong is much easier to bake and holds together nicely.

Extreme Los is one of my favorites and in my regular rotation. It is a bit moist but the grind on it is on the course side.......... so for me it hold together just fine

That said I pick up no chemical taste at all. The Tobacco base is rick and dark with a well balanced flavor.

If you have not tried it you owe yourself to throw a can in at some point.........you may love it....you may not.....but that's what it is all about......it would be a pretty dull world if we all liked the same things.

Regardless, it is a top quality snus and well worth a try.

Smells nice, bakes nice, tastes nice. Definitively a good snus. But I don't get so much nicotine kick. Probably it's me because I use very often Maklas too and I don't get so much kick with them neither.

It has a pretty distinct aroma and taste which I wasn't sure about at first, but the more I used it the more I liked it. Snusomatic likened it to weed and I suppose I get a bit of that, but what I mostly detect is something like green peppers along with the tobacco. That may sound a bit strange but keep in mind that I suck at detecting flavours and aromas. I get plenty of nicotine from it but it doesn't hit me over the head like Thunder does. I can make a small prilla and be very satisfied with the nicotine for quite awhile.

I think the green pepper description is a good one.....dark ritch....with a pepper undertone playing throughout. ....if you like full roasted coffee and dark beer.....or if you need a break from candy snus......this might well be the los for you

GN ... first let me apologize for not trying your products sooner, they are top notch and performed above my expectations.

Now to the short review.

I really can only echo all the other praises of this snus. It is the best tasting, in your face, spicy tobacco goodness snus I've ever tried.

This is not for the faint of heart. Funny to here me say that but I've been using smokeless tobacco since I was 13, far earlier than when I started smoking. That first plug of Copenhagen turned me green and my head started spinning like I was going to pass out. This snus did not do that, but I do feel warm, relaxed, and a little bit dizzy. That's a good thing by the way.

I took everyone's advice and rolled a very small prilla. I echo the smells of pepper and spice from the can. I had my xanax close by just in case too, lol. I would say that I used around a gram more or less. It's not noticeable in my lip, so not my standard huge pris I usually use of 2 grams or more. So I put it in and held on tight.

Within 10 mins I felt it. Whoo, I got a little worried I would not finish it. But it was a smooth ride though thank god. As you may know, panic attack sufferers get episodes because they expect bad things. I had to stay positive

The taste is what I've been looking for FOREVER in snus. I love citrus, but it can really irk my stomach sometimes. This was perfect though. It's a spicy, somewhat tart, rich earthy flavor. It's unique and one of a kind.

My only gripe, and it's a small one, is I know I couldn't use this all day without freaking out. If this flavor was in a 9mg Los I'd order rolls at a time. As it stands this will be a once a day treat until then. I also worry the can would dry out before I finish it because you only need 1 gram or less at a time. So that equals 40 pinches per can or so which is another plus for this. $4 for a can with 20 or so portions or the same price for almost double that.

Keep it up GN as you have a fan for life here and your products will stay in my rotation for a long time.

Best tasting Los snus I've had since Gotlands Gul. Not that they are similar, they are just both awesome in their own rights.

Love this snus. A rich earthy flavor with some pepper and spice. Similar to what certain full-bodied cigars and pipe tobaccos taste like. I try to reserve this for an end of the night prilla but sometimes I use it mid-day for a nicotine fix.
