Guess I'll be the first to review this, wow.

Just got my cans of Ginger-Lime and this stuff is pretty good! The lime part is extremely subtle so it's nothing at all like the windex-y thunder blue, the ginger is mild and not overpowering. I've never tasted a snus like it, it's definitely very original and enjoyable. It's also not overly salty like the Olde Viking Spearmint is. It's also not overly sweet...seems perfectly balanced as far as that goes.

I'm trying to place exactly what this tastes like since if you're thinking ginger ale you'll be way off...funny but I taste more like a cream soda type of taste with a touch of ginger in it. Might sound like a freaky combo, but it works for some reason. I've had it in my mouth about a half hour and there's still flavor in there. The portions are also very comfortable to use.

I like this stuff also because it gives me a new flavor to add to my mostly minty collection. I'll be ordering more before the PACT act sets in, that's for sure. 8)

sheila your right, there is a taste there that I can't put my finger on, but something desert like. Not much lime going on though. actually not much ginger either but the taste is familiar. I had to try it once (even though it is fermented) because I am a huge fan of lime and ginger. I don't think I will order it again, but its not a bad snus.

I have a few cans coming from northerner, and I am excited to try it. I love lime and ginger, but most importantly Gajane snus. Is it comparable to Oden's ES los?

The OVGL is an interesting snus... I can't really say it has a ginger lime flavor though. The portion taste citrusy when you put it in, and there is a very subtle lime flavor throughout it... but definitely no ginger that I can taste. It has a sweet taste, I can definitely taste cream soda... my girlfriend HATES the smell of snus from the tin, and she thought it smelled like cream soda. It also taste similar to Ettan, which is really growing on me lately as well. The nic content is good, I mostly snus starks and this guy packs enough punch to keep me satisfied with one. I'd give it an 8 out of 10... simply because it doesn't have the ginger lime flavor I expected... still a great snus though. I am glad I bought an extra for myself.

Didn't really care for this one. I get the "cream soda with a touch of ginger" flavor, too, but that's not what I wanted from this snus. Oh well, I guess I'll have to try to make my own ginger & lime flavored snus with my SnusX kit.

As a daily user of Ettan, I have to say DrSnus is spot on with it tasting quite a bit like Ettan. It's smooth, not quite as mellow as Ettan, but it still has the "hint of chocolate" flavor I get with Ettan.

With Ettan being my favorite, I often want something like Ettan but still a break from the flavor. OVGL is very much like Ettan but still different enough to classify as a break in my usual Ettan. I really like it.

To me this snus does just what is says on the tin. Nice ginger/lime flavour going on, soft, moist portions, good nic hit for regular strength snus and I find the flavour very refreshing.

Ok I finally got to try this and ? is that flavor exactly? Ok the lime plays peekaboo, but there is a definite lime taste in the background, No ginger, but wait, I get the cream soda and the chocolate blended together. Some pepper for sure and a healthy dose of salt. This one has quite a bit of flavor going on there. A bit more salt than I wanted but that is a plus for many others. I will finish a can and check back in with additional comments.
