    N&J Captain Yankee

    ~~
Gone through about 5 cans now. Surprised no one has posted a review at all yet.

Portions: Same as Green Spyke or Crushed Ice original portions. Solid, moist enough but not wet to the touch, quality construction.

Taste: Mostly cherry. There's a hint of the other flavors, but I don't notice any other distinct flavors other than cherry. Whatever else is actually in it, just makes the cherry taste a little different as opposed to being a separate, noticeable taste. I've heard it compared to Thunder Berry, but I think I'm liking this a little better. If memory serves, Thunder Berry had a sort of artificial taste where this is a bit more realistic. It's got, almost, a cross between a cherry cough-drop, and a Cordial Cherry kind of taste. It's obviously cherry, but almost like there's something a little darker, or deeper accenting it.

I like it well enough. I'd buy a roll if it's on sale again, but probably not at full price. Basically the same as Green Spyke and Crushed Ice. I bought a roll of each on sale, and they're OK, but wouldn't buy any of them at regular price.

Yeah, heavily cherry. I like it well enough. It's not disgusting to me or anything of the sort. If there's wintergreen in it, I sure as hell can't taste it separately from the cherry whatsoever.
