I hate to say it but I am not a fan of this one....yet. The peppery notes hit me too hard at first and the citrus notes are too lemon peel with a little too much floral character. As most know the whole bergamot profile is not one most Americans prefer unless they are fans of Earl Grey and I am afraid I am in this category. To be honest it does get better after 30 minutes or so but of the two cans I have on hand (yes true newbie) I have two portions of General Mint White left and about 15 of this variety.

I'm not putting the snus in my lower lip. *shrug*
The further back you put it, the more drip you get. Try putting it closer to the front of your mouth. Welcome to SnusOn btw.

I'm having my first wp after a stint with General OP. This was one of my first swedish snuses, and when I first tried it, I felt like I had a bag of salt in my mouth. Now that I'm a bit more used to the salt balance thang, I get it. A tobacco taste with black pepper and elements of citrus. It's all the goods of the general flavor profile without the "dirty" aftertaste of original portions. I may have a new everyday snus.

The General White is growing on me, a bit dry and it actually burns (salt) my gum somewhat, almost like salting an open wound but it diminishes. The peppery flavor reminds me of plain ol' nicorette, but the citrus really rounds it out in a positive way (tastes like Earl Grey tea). I at first didn't like it, thought it to be bland after having tried the Mint flavor. But as of today I am actually enjoying it with a nice cup of black coffee(goes really well together) and may very well be one of my favorites until I do a bulk order of other types.
Initially it was a 7.5/10, but now its more like a 9/10 as it grows on you and you are able to taste the different flavors throughout its use. Top notch!

First off, my first post!
General - White portion is my favorite snus to date. If I had to complain about one thing with it, I wish it would last longer. The strong flavor seems to come on and go away too quick. Either way, still my favorite to date. Granted, I haven't tried a lot of brands/flavors yet. Goes good with a beer too!

The flavor is a peppery/salty tobacco with hints of lemon. I compare all others against it.
Truly a great snus. I love the aroma of General White as much as the taste. To me it smells like a field of wild flowers.

Yesterday I tried General Lós and I absolutely loved it. Is the taste between general lös and white portions too different or is it me that my taste buds have gotten used to snus?
