This is a weird one. I got the flavor of Ettan, mixed with peanuts and pickles. Yes pickles. As bad as that sounds, it worked really well.

I didn't get peanuts and pickles but I did catch some Ettan in there. I like it and it may be a re-buy in the future.

I liked this one. This reminded me of General, except with a Dill flavoring instead of Citrus. The peppery/spicy taste was there along with a Dill flavor that somehow works very well.

Nice to know I'm not the only one feelin' the pickle power.

So tonights kronan has been in for around 45 mintues and yeah every now and then i do get a hint of pickle. ...... mainly when i flip the portion over. Funny thing is i don't mind it ........... too much. A quick glug of busch light soon gets it washed away tho.

Does make for a gentle change of pace when you're citrused-out.

All-around subtlety is the key with Swedish Match's Kronan.



Now, where are the peanuts?

OK, I have a can of Kronan Vit here, unopened, new. I have never had any Kronan before, and this is my initial review. I say initial, because it's my first take on it, and sometimes tastes change.

I always liked the name Kronan, strong and manly sounding, like Kronan the Barbarian.
Nice sleek can, white, no catch lid though, but not a big deal to me.

Gonna open it now... not in the popular star formation, which really, I am glad, I don't care for the star formation, as I always fluf them up to equally distribute the snus.

Strong smell... I think I get the dill that others have mentioned. I like the smell.
OK, let's put one it, I fluff it a bit, pre-wet it and insert.

Give it a little time... this is being written live in real time...

Very dilly. Not unpleasant. Well, it's different, and not initially bad in anyway.
I think I like it....
This one needs a little time to contemplate on if it's a rebuy or not.

Don't feel right giving this a rating now, I just don't know, it's unique.
But I don't feel I dislike it, I don't feel the urge to spit it out.

I'm gonna add a can of the portions and Los to my next order, pickle tasted snus sounds like something I need to investigate.

I think it's too dilly for me, for a rebuy, but I think I'll finish the can. I think I'd prefer Fennel.

I dont get any dill with this. It tastes like overly floral general original to me. I think the dill is actually lavender or violet.

I was looking at the bottom of my Kronan can, and I also notice my N&JW can has this too, in the ingredient list:

"cock salt" which has been mentioned before, but also:
"Fu*k tight beaver".

That's some wild stuff!
