Currently halfway through a can, and I'm really enjoying it. The nic is just right, the flavour is great, and for a white portion, I'm not getting any comfort/gum issues like I do with most whites.

Seriously thinking this could become my regular daily snus, forsaking all others.

I got 10 of these in a roll... the lemon is a bit sharp for me kind of stings my lips. If you have any other snus for swap give me a shout! If not i'll freeze it.

I love this! I was hesitant to try it as I don't want to raise my nicotine tolerance level...but I got the weakest N&J I could find and I'm not disappointed. Unlike other white portions I've tried, this one doesn't irritate my gums if I try to move it after it's been set under my lip for awhile. Same burn and nicotine hit I got with Onyx, but with a much better taste. I'll probably order a roll of this and freeze it as I can only see myself using 1-3 portions a day max.

        9.2/10 overall
        8.5/10 nicotine hit
        9/10 flavor

I just ordered some of this but I only ordered one can since white portions usually irritate my gums. I wish I had read the reviews since it looks like others had this same reservation and found it wasnt a problem. Hoepfully between this and Onyx I can finally settle what strong portions to order rolls of from now on. Now just to figure out Loose ,Extra Stark and flavored... Damn I need to start writing a review of every snus I try so I can look back on them and decide what to buy next. Sometimes when I have had 8 different kinds of snus and a month has gone by since the last portion of a particular snus I kind of forget what I liked best.

This has got to be So far one of my Favorite snuses from SM .. It has that familiar General taste with a bit more going on .. the salmiak gives it that little twist .. altho im not a big licorice fan this is just subtle enuff to really set it apart .. tried one portion of Onyx last night and i doubt it will replace N&J in my rotation.

This snus is really awesome. It's got a peppery, salty, strong and rich tobacco flavour; together with a very pleasant nicotine kick. The kick is not to strong and not to mild. Just perfect. I love this! A shame it is white portion though. I like white portions sometimes, but it burns to much on my gums... I prefer original portions!

But still, a killer snus. I really like it. Got 5 cans to go through now, and I will buy more as soon as I run out for sure.

Picked up a roll based on this thread. This snus is remarkable. The flavor is excellent and the nicotine punch is just right. Its a new favorite! Plus the can is cool.

I finished my last can of this on sunday, and I'm already missing it hugely. This was my perfect snus. Stupid EU ban :-(

After seeing the reception this snus has received, I ordered a roll on a whim. Before opening any cans, the roll itself smells of citrus with a slight aroma of tobacco. Upon opening the can, a smooth tobacco base with slight hints of citrus and pepper permeate the air; if one was expecting a General White clone -- as I did -- they will be pleasant surprised; it's very distinct. Although there are similarities with the base flavors, the tobacco takes the front seat -- the strong hints of pepper and citrus General is known for are present, but far more subdued. Strength-wise, there is not much of a difference compared to standard white portions, which is good for those who don't want large amounts of nicotine in their bloodstream. There is a slight kick though, but it's nothing compared to General Ekstra Sterk. Nick & Johnny Strong White is a wonderful product, and will likely gain a following for its smooth and balanced flavor, even though some will buy it solely for its nicotine content.

I gotta try this. I've used many a can of N&J original in my days and have kinda grown tired of it. The drip is really harsh on them sometimes. I guess it's all the smoke flavoring. Do these have that problem?

^ The white portion variety is very mellow compared to the original portions. It also drips far less. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Some, including myself, may have been under the impression each N&J Strong White portion contained 11mg of nicotine. After being surprised by its smoothness, suspicion arose. When I examined the bottom of the can, there's a line that reads: Snus 21.6g. That's right, the can doesn't contain 24 grams of tobacco like other brands. So, what does that mean? Are there fewer portions? No. Instead of containing fewer portions, each sachet contains less tobacco -- they contain 0.9 grams of tobacco each. So how does this affect the nicotine content of each portion? Well, if 1g of N&J tobacco contains 11mg, then 0.9g contains 9.9mg. So really, N&J Strong White portion isn't so strong after all.

Now, this doesn't affect my opinion on the product itself. Like I said earlier, I enjoyed the flavor, and purchased a roll based on that quality. However, if someone is expecting a full-strength "strong" portion, they may be underwhelmed.

Is the weight reduction due to less tobacco (actually weighed out to 0.9g) or due to the lack of solution applied at the end of the processing like for regular portions?
