I've got a can of this coming in my latest order. Like chadizzy, General White is currently my snus of choice for flavour and nic, but I've always found the portions to be too wide for my mouth. Looking forward to trying this stuff out, and like Tobakssmak I too am hoping it'll tick all the boxes for me.

While I will echo the sentiment that the portion could be a touch narrower and a touch longer, I still think that this is pretty much perfect as it is. There's a reason why SM is the undisputed market leader: they get things right and this is no exception. Highly recommended.Comment

I have been using these exclusively for about 2-3 weeks and really do enjoy them. However they are too similar in a sense to keep ordering and I might just go back to white's from the local retailer when my roll is done.Comment

Well, I have to say I love this, I think it's my perfect snus. I bought a roll based on the reviews, the first portion I tried was disappointing, didn't get any flavour, and then it ran on me in a not too pleasant way. After this though, it's been all good, gets better after being open for a bit, less runny - way less runny than 01 for some reason. Also, you get the nicotine early on (quite fast, similar to 01), then after about half an hour, the nice flavour kicks in.
However, still too big in width to fit in my (as it turns out) short upper lip to not overhang the gumline. Then again, I always roll portions to form two thin sausages, then tear in half, which also works for this shape and in fact if anything works better, as I get extremely thin halfs. So good bye gum recession! ( I reckon anyone noticing gum recession from snus is because the portion overhangs the gumline, it's basically chemically burning the gum off the teeth, plus abrasion. I expect you still get recession from the drip, but not anywhere near to the same extent).Comment

General Long portion - This is one of the best SM general products ever made. Portion is slim and long and it feels just perfect on the lip. It's also discreet and tastes pretty good.
I still dont usually use General but the idea of this is great and this is the best General product IMO.

Ok, after using both Long & Long Sterk I have these opinions on them. General Long is decent, it comes with 8mg of nicotine per portion, I love the long portion as it is very very discreet. There has been pretty much no drip whatsoever from either Long & Long Sterk. Sadly, that classic General flavor stays in the backseat for the duration of it being used. That let me down...they really are like a white portion snus than an original. Some people might like/love that, I wanted to taste the snus. After a lil coaxing and wetting I got a lil drip going but nothing to spectacular. Flavor (when you can get to it) is that of classic General. If SM decided to go this route with all their offerings, I would be looking for another brand to go with.Comment
