Thunder Coola

I receive my first roll of Thunder Coola today.

It's like Christmas in February.

Upon opening the can, strong cola smell hit me like a swimming pool full of Pepsi.

The taste is a definitely a natural cola, much like Red Bull Cola. There is pronounced taste of Kola nut with a mild sweetness that doesn't run or become overpowering. You taste tobacco. You taste Cola. You rush to the nearest patent office to submit an idea for cola that has a tobacco essence added.

Like other Thunder offerings, the 16 mg nic hit is smooth. No hiccups or burning. It comes on slow, and never becomes overwhelming.

In other words, my new go-to snus. At least until I get bored of it.

I completely concur with MrSnusNSnuff.

I just popped my first portion this afternoon and his description is dead on. Tastes like a classic cola, not the new high-fructose corn syrup drinks they put out today as many others have pointed out. It isn't overpowering as he said, especially the nic.

This was my first full 16mg/portion thunder product and the nic was extremely smooth, no niccups like I would get with other sterks. Very well made and the portions are nice and moist.

Out of all my strong portions: Thunder Frosted ES, N&J White, Jak's Classic Strong, and now this...this is definetly the weakest, at least to me anyway. But comes in second in taste right behind Thunder Frosted.

8/10 overall, nice portion.

EDIT: Nevermind, def. NOT the weakest..wow!

Reminds at first of Pepsi, and then starts settling into the "bottlecaps candy" flavor described above. Pretty neat snus. I will probably get a can or two along with the frosted for when Im in the mood for a something different.

I was not impressed with this one. There's definately a bit of cooling some stuff in there. The cola taste is good but maybe my American palate is looking for some more sweetness instead of the cooling effect.

I really really liked Off-road Coola I went though 2 cans in 5 days liked it. So in my last order I picked up a can of the Thunder going to hold off opening it till I get board with other flavors.

They hit the nail on the head with the smell and taste on this one. It tastes JUST like a cola would. My only problem is I didn't enjoy that flavor as a snus. I like Cola, but making a tobacco product out of it just didn't sit well on my palette.
