    Thunder Frosted White Portion

Being the huge Thunder fan that I am, I've decided to give Thunder white portion a try. I thought I'd review the white portion, and give a little feedback on it. I will also be comparing it to the original portion (which I've had about 500 cans of).

    Let's get started.

Thunder is a line of strong snus produced by V2 tobacco in Denmark. I may be slightly biased towards V2 because quite frankly, I love their products. My fridge is almost always about 80%+ V2 and this has been true for 4-5 years now. I've used somewhere in the realm of 500 cans of Thunder Frosted, and it's easily my favorite snus on the market today.

If I remember correctly, the white portion Thunder was a limited production. As the name suggests, the white portion is indeed a white portion. The moisture level of the portions has been reduced and this changes a few things from the original portions. I'll go into more detail below.

    Taste:
The taste of Thunder Frosted WP is pure spearmint, identical to the original Thunder Frosted portion. The spearmint flavor is very intense and the flavor lasts for upwards of two hours without losing much flavor. The first thing I noticed about the Frosted WP was there is virtually NO drip. Something I remember about the original portions are, they drip like crazy. The drip is quite strong as well. I enjoy the drip of the original portions, but it's quite difficult for some new snussers to adjust to. These new portions are virtually drip free, and the flavor of spearmint still shines through wonderfully.

    Aroma:
Overpowering spearmint. I'm a mint/spearmint fiend, and this is exactly what I was looking for. It's hard to take a deep breath over a can of Thunder Frosted because it'll just clear the sinuses right out, and I'd be surprised if one didn't cough attempting this.

    Mouth Feel:
The pouches are extremely comfortable. As mentioned before, these are white portions and they are much less moist when compared to the original portions. They feel like the original (little velvet pillows of joy), and can be used all day long without discomfort. When you consider there is virtually no drip from these portions, they can be used for several hours without the drip becoming an issue. This is a great thing when you might be in a meeting and don't want a portion dripping all over the place, or if you are bothered by the drip from the original portions.

    Nicotine:
Thunder Frosted is a powerful 16 mg nicotine snus. It delivers a hit of nicotine very quickly, and does this very well. It's a perfect "morning snus", or "after meal snus". If you have a craving for nicotine, look no further because this one will not only take care of that craving, it'll stomp it into the ground. For those not used to high levels of nicotine, be warned, you'll have your knees buckled from this one.

    Bottom Line:
V2 has really done a great job with this snus. The Thunder line is growing, and I'd love to see them produce more white portions in the Thunder line. I think a lot of people would really enjoy Thunder in white portions. V2 delivered another fine product, and I'd be willing to keep this in my regular rotation if it wasn't a limited production snus. Keep up the great work V2, you guys nailed another great snus.

I'd rate this snus 9.8/10. I can't really bring myself to give any snus a 10/10, but this is about as close as it gets.

Glad you liked it bro. Pick some up for sure, it's a great snus. Hopefully they'll produce some in long portions.

Great review! I'm a fan of Thunder Frosted but didn't really like the way it ran. When V2 released Thunder Frosted White I was really happy! Virtually no drip and still just as intense in flavor. I know they're planning to put Thunder RAW White into regular production soon and hope they continue with this one! Again Oregon, great review mate! :-)

Thanks for the nice comments bro! If you don't like the way the original portions run, I would recommend these for sure! If you like the Frosted flavour, you'll get every bit of it in these portions without the drip. I would be very excited to try Thunder Raw in a white portion as well. I wish they'd make the entire Thunder line available in white portions.

Sorry for replying a bit slow, this forum doesn't really appear so I finally decided to check in on it. Glad you liked the review!
