Upon opening the can, you're greeted with a very pleasant berry smell. Not overpowering or overdone, but very gentle. It's one of those that you don't want to take your nose away from. The flavor of Thunder Berry Blend begins as soon as the portion enters your mouth. A great mixed berry flavor, accompanied with a cool, icy undertone and a mild salt balance. The longer the flavor matures the more you will taste the pure berry flavor, which comes on immediately and lasts until the very end. I was able to enjoy a portion for an hour and a half before any loss of flavor. Being an Extra Stark Snus, it packs a kick to go along with the great berry flavor. If you're looking for a snus with a great flavor and a good nicotine hit, Thunder Berry Blend may be right up your alley.

So what kinda berry does it resemble? I have some on order, but hasn't made it to me yet.

It's hard to say. I was picking up Cherry, but according to what I've heard, V2 says there's no cherry in it. I could pick up a little cranberry in there, sometimes I could pick up blueberries. I wish they would tell us what's in it, but maybe that's part of the mystery.

It tastes all together like a mixed berry. I'm curious what others think it resembles.

Allright, mine came in, I checked the mail on the way home from getting a wisdom tooth pulled, all of the reviews (thanks a lot Chad ) had me curious as hell. I opened the can and smelled berries. Very good smell. I waited about 4 hours to try one, as my mouth was gimped up. (I also realized that I'm still addicted to nicotine, as that's the longest I've gone without snus, and was starting to jones!) I had to try it. Very good flavor, and the nic hit eased my soul! The flavor was mixed a little with blood, but it still tasted good. It was kinda weird, the gauze in my mouth was half red, half brown. Anyway I can confirm you can snus after getting a wisdom tooth pulled. No dry socket to worry about!

Waaaay over the top for me.
Maybe it's just me, but never ever never mix a Thunder Berry with one of my White Russians. I usually fix my Caucasians with too much Vodka anyway. Maybe it's that combination that literally made me hurl.
I might try one later like first thing in the morning, but at 10 at night while drunk is NOT the time for it.
So far, suffice to say it's not at the top of my list.

I'm picking up blueberry and strawberry.

Very nice portions. Subtle, wonderful flavor. Not too sweet.

What is my deal...

I taste apple and maybe a little strawberry. More apple than anything. And after about 20 min it is sour/bitter. I am gonna have to stick to my Thunder Frosted for my stark fix. It is ok but not my fav.

This gives me terrible heartburn once it starts to drip. I almost have to spit and it is not lassy like to spit. I have to say I have had a can and 1/2 and I am sick of it. I did take one and put it in a baggy with some frozen strawberry parfait and that one ended up tasting really good. Since I was drinking a beer I didn't notice the drip bothering my stomach.

I think this is one of the few snus that I actually got more of a nic hit from...more than even the Frosted. I ordered a couple cans of it a while ago and still am working on the first one. It does have a good berry flavor, which to me seemed like a mix of blueberry/strawberry/raspberry. So it's an ok snus and maybe I'll like it more after a while. I still prefer the frosted and wintergreen ones more, but this gets used every couple of days just to shake things up in my mouth. 8)

I cant really tell what kind of berries are in there.I would say its definitely a mixed berry taste.Overall, I find the Thunder Berry to be an alright snus.It is an overpowering berry taste,but not sweet and not bitter.Not something I could use all day,but great for when I need a change.

Delicious, I get cherry/blueberry/raspberry. Flavor lasts a long time and isn't too sweet. My new favorite Thunder, even more than frosted!
