Ass. These things are dry, half filled, uncomfortable little pouches of ass. You get a very faint taste of what seems to be extremely low quality, old tobacco with heavy hints of artificial lemon flavoring. When you smell of these things it kinda resembles the scent of dish washing detergent. I forced myself to use these the other day and knocked out 6 of them but I couldn't take it anymore. The other 18 portions are in the freezer right now. I'll probably go back to them in a few weeks, but I won't enjoy it. I just couldn't stomach throwing snus away so I'll take one for the team.

I didn't like Thunder Berry, either. That stuff gave me serious heartburn and was bitter as hell. Right now V2 doesn't have a very good standing in my book.

Went back to them. Although the taste of these things improved for me, it wasn't by much. Won't try again. Although I'm sure the original portions HAVE to be better.

While I don't know what ass tastes like, I have to agree these aren't very good. I'm not crazy about the tobacco, and there is an immediate sickly-sweet flavor which overwhelms anything else. While it eventually goes away, I've usually lost interest by then. Since I could be enjoying a General or Grov or LD or Gotlands instead, I don't use these much.

OK, in my last snus order, I got some I knew I liked, having had them before, and I took a few small chances on items I had not had before. One of them was the Oden's 69 White Dry Portion, and I don't think I like it. It's not unbearable, but I swear, it's Tourney Original repackaged.

Another new to me snus is this one, Rothbrix Classic White Portion. I bought all whites this time, as I used to say I liked the WP most, then I changed my mind, but then the last few times I got original portions, they just seemed dried out or something, so I figure I'd try the whites again.

OK, standard V2 can, let's crack it open....(this is an initial review, done in real time)
Hmm, bunch of pouches with little brown loose specks on them, looks like maybe a pouch busted open, and flaked around in the can.
Smell: smells good, sorta like a deep robust mix of coffee and cocoa.
Yeah, a pouch must have busted open, I took a portion out, flicked off the loose flakes, fluffed it a little, and gave it tongue wetting, and popped it in.
Well, pouch feel is not bad, first impression is I do like it more than the Oden's 69. It's not dry like those are.
Getting some saltiness, I feel like I am tasting coffee.
          I need some water.
Gonna dump the portions out and find the busted one and flick off the loose specs. It's like a tablespoon of ground coffee had been dumped in this can.

CRAZY, I've counted 4 busted portions so far... 5, 6, 7, it looks like someone spilt a can of Folgers on my desk top.... 8!
8 busted portions! At least. Cleaned off the good ones, and the inside of the can. I never had this happen before. I think maybe 1 once. But 8!

I miss the old getsnus days, cheaper snus and super cheap postage, cans average at about 5 bucks now.

But, back to the snus. Apart from the bad quality control, this is not bad. WAY better than the Oden's 69, which the more I think about it, the more I like less. It seems to have a coffeeness to it, and a hint of citrus and salt, and a, I wanna say sweet, but I'm not sure, it's super slight, but has a decent mellowness.

Overall, out of 5 stars, this is(not considering the busted portions) a decent 3.5. I could use this one in a row. Does not taste like ass to me. I was suprised to read all the good reviews of the Oden's 69, which I think I'd give it a 1.5. Moisture level and amount in the pouch is just right to me.

I got a can of this for free in my last BuySnus order. I have to say I'm not overly impressed with the less-than-generous amount of tobacco in the portions (about half-full) but I don't mind the taste, I can see it becoming a little sickly after a while and I wouldn't buy it myself, but I don't doubt I will finish this can. It does have an odd lemony/soapy kind of flavour, I can't put my finger on what it is exactly.

Actually, it tastes a little like what I imagine a bag of potpourri would taste like, potpourri and lemongrass.

Actually, I don't like this at all. Glad I brought a can of Grov los with me to work today as well.

Started by Marc and Patrick Vogel, V2 Tobacco began manufacturing Swedish snus in Silkeborg, Denmark in 2006, to the same exacting standards that snus manufactured in Sweden is.

Below is a list of the brands and varieties produced by V2 Tobacco:
