    Offroad OP Available at Northerner!

Looks like Northerner has replaced the Offroad Licorice Portion with OP. I've been wanting them to do this since I'm using V2 products exclusively for financial reasons due to PACT. Finally! A really cheap OP!

Strange that getsnus has the licorice listed with 101-500 in stock.
    Same with the OP.

Anyone looking for Offroad Wintergreen Portion for ~ $ 1.20, it's
one of the new bargains at snusbargain.com. Only 30 buyers
needed to have it go active in 7 days.
    Anyone have any
comments on just how good the ORW is?

It's not bd. I'm not a big fan of wintergreen but I've found the way V2 mixes their wintergreen flavor w/ tobacco to be very agreeable.

I like it. I've had to use it because of the absence of an affordable OP on Northerner. It has more of a bitter wintergreen flavor compared to General or Thunder. Very little salt flavor, Sweet at first and then fades into a good bitter WG. Flavor lasts longer for me then others have described. Nic hit is as expected. Runs very little for me as well.

Found this review at Snus Test & Review*:

Offroad American Wintergreen portion snus, made by V2 Tobacco in Silkeborg, Denmark, is a regular portion snus which means that each portion goes thru an additional step in the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to the portion which helps the flavors in the snus marry better and release the flavor faster once it’s in your lip.
The portion material that V2 uses in Offroad American Wintergreen is the same teabag type material that they use in all their portion snus and remains pretty comfortable in the lip for about an hour and a half. Each can of Offroad American Wintergreen has 24 portions that are one gram each with 8 mg of Nicotine per portion. Offroad American Wintergreen’s can is made of black plastic with a plastic label and unfortunately, there is no used portion compartment in the lid.

Offroad American Wintergreen portion snus is a very unique snus in the fact that its Wintergreen flavor was specifically created to mirror the taste of American smokeless tobacco’s Wintergreen flavor and really hit the nail on the head! Offroad American Wintergreen’s flavor has a flavor that is really close to Skoal Wintergreen but, we realize that not everyone knows what Skoal Wintergreen tastes like so, in order to educate everyone, Offroad American Wintergreen has a taste that’s like a Wintergreen Life Saver, just not as sweet, with a hint of pure tobacco flavor. What we didn’t taste was the salt.
Overall, if you’re looking for a Swedish snus with an American taste, Offroad American Wintergreen portion snus, by V2 Tobacco, is the one.

Sounds like it's worth a shot at $18 for 15 cans ($1.20 each) at snusbargain!!
Now, that could be a life-saver when the bucks are mighty tight!!!
(After taxes and shipping, though, my cost would be ~$4/can -- still cheap!)

          * Wish they'd update their site with some of the more-current product and reviews!!

I just cracked a can of Offroad OP today, and is it just me or does anyone think it tastes sweet? It's a sweet citrus - almost mandarin orange tasting.
