Hy guys!
I just read some thread about how much nicotine you are able to absorb.
If I'm not wrong, you can absorb maximum 10-15% from the snus's nicotine.
So if you put in your mouth one gram of strong loose snus, u'd absorb about 1.5-2mg of nicotine.
How does it work with cigarettes? I mean, a cigarette has (e.g. red marlboro) 0.8mg of nicotine but if u read on wiki about nicotine you find "an average cigarette yields about 1 mg of absorbed nicotine".
I think it's impossible to absorb more nicotine than the amount that is in the cigarette.
Let's say you absorb 100% nicotine from cigarettes.
Let's say your portion of strong loose snus is 2g (is it feasible?), so you get 4mg of nicotine.
Thus, I'd say a portion of strong snus is equal to 5 cigarettes.
Do you agree?
PS: I prefer not to write about PH, cuz i don't want to complicate the matter.
