I've only had the los, (I have an open can now) and it's wonderful. This and Gotland Yellow will be staples along with Skruf stark for loose snus.

Yeah, if you're used to other forms of tobacco, snus is a bit of an adjustment, but you realize that it's worth it once you acquire the taste.

I agree. I havent tried it yet, but I do have some on order and am now looking forward to trying it.

I've got two cans of Grov (one los one portion) in the freezer right now, they'll be entering the fridge as soon as I "make room", right now I'm doing a lot of los vs. portion comparison, just to satisfy my own curiosity... They'll probably end up replacing the Goteborgs portions and Los I've got in the fridge right now (once they're gone... and the goat los is actually on my desk here at work right now...

The more you try Grov the more flavors you can taste and you really appreciate the richness. Seems to be fuller flavor than Ettan to me.. but if you got some Ettan to sample, give that a try too.

My third day using Grov, and I love it more & more by the portion. I have resisted the urge to open my other new cans (ettan,LS, skruff, granit, general, probe) till I finish this one. But this Grov sure is scratchin my itch.

No doubt about it, Grov is heavenly if you like the straight up tobacco taste. Grov original portions are my daily thing; when it comes to los, I think Ettan has an edge on it though.

I did get some Skruf original and cranberry as well as Gotland yellow los and green portions in my last order though, so we'll see. Based on what I've read here, Skruf and Gotland are the only two that I think could have a good shot at the title belt.

I was using Grov portions yesterday and then last night again and I looked at my storage of loose snus which was my first order... Its in the freezer. I had prima fint, ettan, grov, probe whiskey.. general... you know the sampler kit from northerner. Since the Grov was already opened (I opened it when it arrived to smell it months ago)... I put it in the fridge last night, and this morning took it out and mashed the prismaster into it. It was like mashing into a cake. I used about a third of the capacity of the prismaster. The pris easily pushed up into my upper lip and its been there for about 45 minutes. It stayed solid for quite a while, but now is softening. This Grov is nice. I don't notice that much taste. I treat the loose more gently than portions because I don't want to make a mess with the loose. So, I don't mangle it or work it with my gums etc.... Normally with a portion, I move it around a lot and flip it over etc. The loose is not something I want to keep teasing with my tongue although its hard to resist that urge. Certainly the portions are more manageable around people. If you want to talk to someone you can just move them down to your lower jaw and they are totally out of the way. The loose is a bit more tasty and the texture is better and you don't get paper in between your teeth. Whats nice about the loose is you can take as much as you want. If you want a mini, make a mini. First thing in the morning, I don't like to take too much right after breakfast.
