so this is only my third order I am new to snus but I just received 30 cans that are extremely dried out they are like little rocks . Is this common? my other two orders were super fresh nice and moist.

What kind of snus and what is the expiration dates on the cans? I have never had a problem with shipping but the way packages bounce around it isn't inconceivable.

I have been using snus for a while now and have not had a bad transaction yet. I would just contact the seller and my guess is they will replace your snus. You might also try to rehydrate them and see if that works as well.

I know I was not very happy with my roll of Thunder Original Pouches, well, I've used one can so far, it's not "dried out", but it's not like the awesome dripping wet can I had a while back.

as suggested above you can rehydrate them, I always wet my hands so that they are wet not dripping wet and work with the portion a bit to hydrate it, works well, gets them nice and juicy

Gotland snus is on the drier side when it's completely fresh. They kind of split the difference between a regular, and a white portion. They shouldn't be hard nuggets though.

Could've been in purgatory in a very warm place but even still, they'd have to be there for a while. I'd contact the vendor if the whole order was dry but it might not be worth the hassle if there's only a few cans. Might just try to rehydrate them like others have said. I've had the best luck with covering the portions with a wet paper towel when there's that many of them.
