    Northerner Question

    Does anyone know or asked support on Northerner if the "Shipped Date" is the actual date when they ship the order?!

    I'm kind'of having another delay .. it seems too long 13 days from US to Europe... (I mean come on it doesn't come with the Ship, we're not in the 60's)

    Last time was 32 days hope it won't happen the same this time.

    Well i live in the us and they shipped my order on the next business day, it took a total of 4 business days for me to receive my order. So as far as my knowledge goes, the shipped date is the actual date that they put the UPS(or whatever delivery service they use for overseas shipments) sticker on the package and notify them that the package is ready from pick up. Granted this was my first northerner order so my info could be off, i'm pretty sure thats how it works. I totally agree though, 32 days is way to long for an order, that is crazy. hell 13 days is too long in my opinion, i wouldn't think it should take more than a week

      yeah,

      this is my third order from U.S, regular mail (the only option I have)

      the first one was like 16 days, the second 32 days and now I'm standing here waiting for 13 days ...

      weird how orders are shipped faster to US that is far more away from Europe.

        weird.. I have never ordered anything from the northerner. im using buysnus.com just because its the first one i ordered with and havent had any problems. first time it took 7 days, and the rest its only around 5 days for the order to arrive to taiwan from sweden

          I've had a couple of orders from Northerner posted on their site as "shipped" but they had not actually gone out yet. In my case the order was missing one item due to it being out of stock when the initial order was picked. Each time I emailed them and it got sorted out pretty quickly after that. Just shoot them a message with your order number and someone will look into it.

          Sounds like you're jonesin' for some dip, Precious.

            oh yes I am,

            Placed the order on the 2nd this year to make sure I'll have it shipped fast

            but it's still not here :|

            the problem with dip is that can't afford to order more than 10 - 12 cans for 30 of 40 days supply, because it's not as fresh anymore ..........
