We have been asking that question since they implemented the new site. The snuson team keeps saying they have some kind of cool promotional thing planned, where the points earn you swag of some kind, but it never turned into anything.

Good lord, I used to be reading and posting on this site for almost a year straight. How and the hell can one post so much? I guess I have very little to write, unless I think it is pertinent. I will have to start one of those shameless threads that allows me to post constantly! On a serious note, cheers to all of you that have remained faithful to posting about snus. I have erred.

I think I've noticed that you get more points for a blog entry too. Not sure the reasoning on that one. It would make sense that you would get an extra point for starting a thread or if it generates good conversation and has many posts...though here they tend to get derailed rather quickly...

Hopefully these points would be useful for something :-??

Maybe a roll of snus for every 1000 points would be a decent thing ;-)

It's good seeing you around again Slydel. I'm not sure why I've stuck around. I like snus, but how much is there really to talk about regarding it? I guess I like the people, and I can also feel smart when I know something a newb doesn't :^D I post more or less depending on mood, but I haven't quit yet :^)

As far as the points go, your guess is as good as mine. Everything's been moving slowly with that, and other board features. The admins have been busy with real life duties, and it's all coming together as time permits. It's been said the points will reset once they finally get implemented, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I dont think they can be used for anything.

Per the FDA "**** Swag" Act of 2010, we won't see any more cool Ettan footballs or GoteRape beer cozies anytime soon.
